Diligent Robotics is an A.I. company creating robot assistants that help healthcare workers with routine tasks so they can focus on what they do best: patient care. I joined the team when the company started up in 2017 and served as its Head of Design. I led the creation of its brand, defining all aspects from graphic identity to product semantics and behavior guidelines. Working with an amazing team of brilliant founders, researchers, engineers, AI software developers, and health care advisors, our team created the flagship product, the Moxi Robot, which represents the state of the art in socially intelligent robotics for team work. My work has gone from the original pencil sketches to the deployment of fully functional products to hospitals around the US. I continue to serve as Design Advisor.
